Sounds like you thought it all out pretty good Rob. Perhaps a final check with
neighbors or zoning as to the effects or allowance of spraying etc. People with
animals get a bit up in arms when you pollute the precious animals' environment.
They begin to think of you as industrial when they want to be rural and
residential. Maybe I'm over reacting. Congrats on your good fortune and good
planning!
