I might suggest: Put all the outlets up at 4' from ground and every 4'
around the shop. I've found, through lots of experimenting, that Flourescent
is cheaper, but adds to the stress levels, etc. Add some Halogen lights and
the whole shop will have more "warmth" to it. Might suggest, also, a vacuum
system for dust control. And, last but not least, a balanced heating/air
conditioning system.
