List, This afternoon I serviced an unusual piano: Winton baby grand, 3'9", 6 ocave F1 to F7. The plate casting indicated Made in Milwaukee, but Pierce says Winton was made by Hamilton in Chicago. Bass bridge ended at C3, then 4 wound trichords on the tenor bridge. Needless to say, It tuned like a spinet only more so, but the owner was thrilled to have it "sounding good again".
