getting serious about collecting

An acquaintance had trouble collecting on a rebuild so he called and told
the customer he found a part he forgot to install and he would like to come
by and take care of it.  The customer said ok so he went.  He removed the
action and held it ransom until the bill was paid in full then he returned
the action in full.

Rather drastic but it did work, once.

I wasn't bright enough to think of that one on my own.
