Get yourself a  2"china bristle paint brush (nylon bristles will fray). Fire
up your favorite vacuum. While holding its hose near, brush vigorously
through the tuning pins following the diagonal rows. This can be done around
the bridge pins, aliquots, hitch pins, etc., where a rag can't reach.
