I don't know for sure, but I have cable too and it sounds like yours
zzzzzoooooooommmmmm!!!!!!

Most have at least 56k  I don't think that would take long for 40 k.  Andy
said the list software is limited to 40k since a lot of ipos are not on the
ball and can't handle it.

You could check with him.
