recommendations for new tuning lever?

I would appreciate some recommendations on getting a
new tuning lever.

I am currently using a cheap gooseneck
(non-adjustable, non-replaceable-head) lever, and have
had a few tuners I know tell me I need a better lever.
 I was wondering -- what would you guys recommend, or
how should I go about selecting a lever, and what
should I expect to pay for various types?
