Protek is known to our industry some McLube products fall under
this umbrella as well.  I looked at the label of another CLP product
on my shelf (Break-Free) and the wording was: Cleaner, Lubricant,
Preservative (not protectant).

I suppose any liquid which had aides the cleaning process and leaves
a lubricious coating would be considered a CLP.
