Martrin: As part of every tuning, I routinely clean the keytops, dust all exposed surfaces and, if a vertical piano,dust inside. Using a cleaner with some recognizable aroma is also a good idea since most customers will recognize the fragrance and note that you did something other than just tune the piano.
