Sit, stand tall, raise work to comfortable level, unbend two to three times an hour and take a walk (or coffee or aspirin), stop working, exercise, stop drinking beer, exercise, sleep a lot, exercise, stretch, stretch, stretch. There are others but these are the essentials.
