I have an access database that a fellow piano technician developed for me. It's somewhat rough but it has a nice user interface. I'm still in the process of being updated but it allows for customer entry, multiple instruments per customer, and service records for each customer. He still needs to add the ability to print invoices from the database and some other little features.
