Catalyzed Lacquer Finishes

Hi John,
            Start Chemicals from Dover Pad in Montreal, sell a product
called blush eliminator, it will minimize the problem, but not get rid of
it entirely.
Use sparingly with several mist coats, then steel wool. Wait 10min between
coats to give it a chance to plasticize the old finish.
You have a 50-50 chance of it working.
