screw in damper wires

I removed the underlever stop rail (if that's its name) to give more room to
rotate the dampers above the the ones installed. The Chickerings I've done
had the wire threaded into the heads as well making it easier to swing the
head in any direction. It also made it easy to align the head with the
strings without much wire bending.
