Yeah and when BOTH houses (Republican) of the Fla legislature  declare a
slate of electors,  George's brother won't have to sign that, at least
publicly.
That could send the election to the US House of Representatives, and if that
is a tie, then it will go to the US Senate and if that is a tie, guess who
the tie breaker is there? The Vice President. Thus  Al Gore votes himself
President.  What a democracy!  ---ric
