I have no training in these Disclaviers but noticed the sustain pedal didn't start lifting dampers (manually) until the pedal was about 80% down. I also noticed a screw through the bottom door spring which suggested to me "keep out". Now they complain that the sustain doesn't work too well. Can I go inside and adjust this as on a regular upright without getting involved with the modern elements? I'm leaving for the job at 8 a.m. (EDT) so any west coast help would be much appreciated.
