What I have done to avoid no-shows been to just make it a habit a day or two before hand to call the folks I have appointments with and CONFIRM. If I get an answering machine, I leave a message and tell them that they do not need to call me unless they need to reschedule, and I'll see them then. I have only had a coupe of instances of bonafined no-shows. It only takes a few minutes to make the calls and, generally, people appriciate the reminder. Brian Janey San Diego County PTG Chapter
