Measurements Please

Hi all,
Those of you who will be working on a grand piano today, if you could take
the measurement (in inches ) of the floor to the sill of the action cavity
and send it to me it would be most helpful.
I am designing a portable table for use in the home doing regulation etc.
for uprights and grands.
So far the measurements have been around 27 1/2 inches. 
If the piano is on a dolly, please give that information also.
