Book Debut

  A new book made its debut at KC entitled;
"A Piano Technicians Guide to Field Repairs"
Authored by Steve Brady, it contains contributions from such as Susan Graham, 
Bill Spurlock, Del Fandrich, Bill Garlick and others. It is a useful and 
elegant little addition to everyones library.  By providing lots of easily 
understandable information and 'good' pictures, drawings and charts it should 
be helpful in jogging our collective memory cells for those who have been 
around for awhile even while providing some down to earth techniques/reasons 
for those who haven't.
 In the preface Steve says; 
"The present volume attempts to lay bare, in a systematic way, the skills 
needed for a good foundation in doing the day-to-day repairs that piano 
technicians face"
 Steve has accomplished his goal. Well done Steve.
