Stupid stuff and no-shows

I don't tune very often, spend most of my time either in the shop or office, 
so sometimes forget to look at my appointment book, thinking I have it all 
in my head--forgot a tuning job and didn't show! Customer was nice enough to 
not charge me for the missed appointment!
