Hi Ed,
If you are lucky, all you have to do is clean the air passages in the "block"
on the left of the spool box. There will be 4 or 5 tubes to it.  Remove the
top and clean off the screens.
It might be one of the tubes leaking, or the bellows on the centering device
leaking.
That is just 3 possibilities.
