Checklist Wanted

Thanks for your interest.  You are the 5th to request a copy. I'll put you
on the distribution list.  

I'm still waiting for some kind soul to offer "data"...

If nobody offers, I'm gonna have to start a checklist and ask everyone for
that one thing they always seem to overlook (that ended up biting them).

LAST CHANCE: Anyone else have a checklist consolidated already?

I imagine, that like me a lot of people, have been meaning to make one up.
But
just never got around to it. So I would like a copy.
I have seen round disks for sale in novelty stores called "Round Tuits".
