Jim, I think that might be Sam Westwood in North or South Carolina. Very rough pianos that have been in my neck of the woods. The spoons, on two that I have worked on, were set into the wippen at different heights as much as 3/16 " difference. Not a pleasure to regulate. As sharps had much more resistance than whites. It felt like driving a truck without power steering. O:( The pins would not hold in this NEW piano!
