Dampp-Chaser string

Hi David,
Not necessarily true. I have some pianos, at a University, I tune them down to
pitch every September, and up 1/4 Semi Tone to A440 in January. It has been up
and down for years. They say they want them to A440 when tuned. Oh yes, they say
they could not afford Dampp-Chasers when I suggested it. I suggested a different
tuning schedule, but they want September and January.
