Insurance confusion

45 min drive out of town for  insurance estimate.
smoke damge on a "Yamaha piano".
They company forgot to tell me there was a lockbox ,
client assumed I had the company lockbox number and left.
Second trip out and was greeted by a MAD cat,
never knew they could hiss with a roar.

So--- The"piano" is a Yamaha Clavinova keyboard!!!!

electoronics LOOK fine to me,
No mechanics-felt-etc. to look at.

Does one charge for this,
I can't check the electronics beyond
observing they work, & they don't smell funny.
But did spend a total of 3 hrs on the road.
But still they don't have a real evaluation.
