Dear Larry and List,
	On two different occaisions I have had customers experience loss of tone in
the piano due to airbourne contaminants. In both cases ( newer grands) a
combination of inadequate ventilation from the kitchen area and cooking
practices using lots of oils has been the culprit. Changes in the kitchen were
made before the pianos were repaired.
