Dear List, One of my customers owns a piano (approx. 15 year old) finished in black lacquer. The finish is showing grey in some areas and she would like to remove the grey. She informed me that she has not polished with furniture polish, although she has tried a vinegar solution to remove the grey, but with no success. Does someone on the list have a solution to removing the grey without refinishing the piano? Al Jeschke RPT Calgary, Alberta
