Claude:

Is this an 85 or 88 note piano?  You'll have a hard time modifying an 88
note action to fit if it is 85.  Does it look like the action was angled
like a "D"?  (Are the damper levers closer to the front of the keybed at the
treble end than at the bass end?)

This looks to me like a REAL challenge!
