..the proper procedure..

..good morning..

..folks, there are 3 school systems and 2 universities within my
service area that I would like to find out more about..not to mention
a few private schools..

..Is there a *proper procedure* to follow inquiring about servicing
their pianos?..

..right now is a *down time* for me, so I thought it might be a good
time to find out about this..
