I'll be doing a lot more measurement and analysis when I return to this piano in a few weeks (after my wife delivers our second child - any day now). That it might be a stack positioning problem would sure make it easier to explain, given how the factory positions capstans. John McKone, RPT John, I think it would be interesting to find out just how far off from a 2:1 ratio those keys really are.
