In the Chicago area these pianos are generally appraised at a bit less than the corresponding smaller piano, because they all have trapwork problems (shift pedal requires a block to be added to bottom of keyframe and removed whenever action is pulled out), and customers don't seem to like the idea of a small piano taking up more room than it really needs. (they are no fun to tune either-those pins are a long ways away from the keys.) I have had customers with them, but none at present. David Graham,RPT dgraham@niu.edu
