Dear Mr. Clancy Stout:

I addressed you this way so everyone would know who cpstout is. It's
nice to have you visiting in Arizona for the Winter.  Many people do
not know the benefits of wintering in Arizona instead of Florida. Yes,
we grow oranges here too. And, we have more pools per square person in
Arizona than anybody, and I think we have more golf courses.

Your article on Pinblock Repair came thru very clear.

BTW, who is Pianotoone@aol.com?  His handle is very close to mine.

Hey, now that you are buying, let's go to dinner. <grin> I think Jim Jr.
will be all for getting together, especially with all of those who used
to work in his shop or out of it as you did.  Perhaps we fixed incomers
can together foot the bill.  Probably Wirt would like to come, and Judd.
