Look at it from her point of view. She just paid to have it sound good, and it doesn't. It's not your fault and (in my humble opinion) the only way to stop the poor sounding low bass is to remove the appropriate hammers! If you just start explaining a bunch of tuning info to this green customer, I think you risk sounding like you're giving her a line to defend your inability to tune!! Again, It's NOT YOUR FAULT. Show her a few comments of other Techs and hope she sees the light. Good luck my friend, this is one of the harder things we have to deal with.
