David,
	I had kind of forgotten about all of that.  I worked nights in
the IBP packing house while I put myself and my wife through WIT.  I
would push 700 sides of beef every night.
	We did our own rendering there but the John Morrell plant did
pork and it was worse.  Thanks for the memories (I guess).
