Allan: Weldbond is NO WAY like DAP. It is very much, to my senses, very much like PVC-E; however, when i talked with the President of the company he told me that it was a catalyzed PVC. ( That's about where he lost me.) Anyway, all I know is that I use it and like it and have stuck out my neck by recommending it to the list.
