Back separation

Jeff,

Check the bottom of the plate as well.  Very often if it is coming apart at
the pinblock, it will be loose at the bottom as well.   Clamp the pinblock
before you drill out the screw holes to accept bolts.  This will keep wood
chips from getting in the way of getting a good glue joint.
