Are you familiar with upweight/ downweight/ friction basics?  There are great
resources on this in the journal.

As you mentioned, lead in the keys is not the
only variable or consideration in the "downweight" (measured without the
damper, therefore with the pedal wedged in the "on" position).  And you/
Reblitz are right I think to try to get an overview and eliminate friction
first, you might find you can get plenty of repetition for the home playing
situation without expensive, extensive work, just expensive basic work like
freeing all the action centers to specs!
