Eric,
Could you share with us your 20 point check list. I'm sure many,
like myself are working on these pianos in dealers showrooms frequently and
would all like the oportunity to help our dealers. I'm also sure that we've
all seen these problems that you describe and could benefit from your volume
of experience.
