Ron, we have one piano that was frequently moved (also a P22),
and very difficult to move back because it is a steep sloped
lecture room with narrow aisles.  I had physical plant people set a
large eye hook into the concrete floor (tile covered).  I chain the
piano to the eyehook with a covered bicycle chain (no scratches).
The custodians have the padlock key.   No unauthorized moves
for a few years now.
