Subject: Bronzing recipe?

Hi all,

Do any of you have a favorite recipe for mixing a bronzing liquid for pla=
tes
using the powders available from Star or Mohawk. I'm trying to duplicate =
the
color found on the later model Boesendorffer grands.
Thanks in advance for any help

I've had good success with using just two colors from Mohawk - Rich Gold =
and Copper. By mixing these two colors, I've been able to match most pla=
te colors. The Rich Gold is a little on the "greenish" side. Your Boese=
ndorffer would take a lot higher proportion of the Copper, I believe.
