[CAUT] CAUT appropriate; was: How do you spell fraud?

Jeff -

Totally sympathetic.  I just felt that the tone went beyond a 
justified existential bemoaning, towards an inaccurate and 
unnecessarily negative portrayal of Pianotech itself. Besides, just 
think about how much time you'll have to catch up on all your reading 
once those three littles are working in the shop and store.
