Hi Mick; Frostburg State is a small school; 80 music majors. Our performing arts center was built in 1994. From the outset no food or drink is allowed beyond the lobby. We do have a "green room" furnished with microwave, tables, frig where students and performers can feed. And water is allowed backstage in the drama theatre (where it gets unbearably hot). I find these rules respected and even the prof's offices are rather pristine. But every guest artist comments on the amazing condition of the facilities. If it wasn't for our cranky heat/humidity system the pianos would be pristine also.
