Joe (Goss), I disagree with you. The bottom of the pin does not and cannot move at the same instant as the top, unless it has ZERO torque in the block. I have measurements to prove it. Furthermore, I see no point in putting that extra strain at the weakest point of the pin, the eye, especially for very tight pins. Jim Ellis
