There is an envelope in one of the cabinets here from Steinway with a 
few keytops inside.  I think my predecessor ordered them to replace a 
few on one instrument several years back (postmark is 9/11/95).  At the 
time, all that was available from S&S was full blanks, but they did 
come with some sort of protective tape on the touch side.
