  Hi All,
  This subject of receiving fair compensation for what we do is true of =
colleges and also stores.  Stores, too, try to get by as cheaply as =
possible and it seems there is always someone who will work cheaper, not =
ncecesarily better.  In the world, the bottom line is ,"How much is this =
going to cost.?"  Schools, stores, and people will always try to get the =
lowest price.  It is a question of how low, we tuners and techs, will =
go.  Sometimes you have to make do with less, to be secure in your =
position.  Sometimes we can be daring and refuse to work for a given =
amount.  You have to wait to see what will happen.  Conviction is what =
you do when know one else is watching and listening..
