DC Systems on Concert pianos

Mark,
You shouldn't get buzzes with the new rod hangers, tank hangers, or 
vapor shields.  I do have a hard time doing between the beam 
installations on Steinway because there is very little clearance 
between the beams and the soundboard ribs.  So, I've been cutting the 
rods short and rather than hanging the rods above the beams, hanging 
them as near the top as I can get them.  Takes longer to do it this 
way, but it's about the only way I know of to keep the vapor shield off 
the soundboard.
