1098 hammer butts

Hi Paul,

Those are standard Pratt-Reed butts that you can get from the supply
houses.  I think the S&S ones were a little bit a better choice but
the regular ones will work fine.

I did replace a set once, including rebushing keys, new damper felts
and extensive case repairs.  I tall worked out just fine.

Isaac hammers as I recall but no improvement in sound what so ever. 
Go for Abels or Ronson hammers and forget trying to improve the
beast.  It is just not that easy.
