Sizing Guide Rail Bushings

On the last set of replaced guide rail bushings,
I got to use my new handy-dandy guide rail iron.

Made as an insert for my KBI.

First I secured a block of wood to the drill press table.
Then drilled a 1/4" hole into which I inserted a piece of 1/4" pedal rod stock.
This centers the rod and drill chuck to bore for a #7 bridge pin.

Now this just slips right in and irons the bushings just like
the KBI inserts for key bushings.

Pressing onwards . . .
