Sorry, but I don't.  That was in my Netscape days and when Netscape crashed
I couldn't get in there to recover any of my old files.  I suppose it is in
there somewhere, but God only knows where.

Good.  They really are fairly straight-forward.  They do take some careful
woodworking, but if I can do them, anyone can.
