[pianotech] Hammer Head Removal Tool

Someone had a video showing how he used an electric hair straightener on the hammer to soften the glue.
It works quite well, and then any tool should work. I have some fooling around with the tool to make the 'jaws' more parallel and adjustable for different width hammers and butts.
You should be able to just google for hammer removal. It might even be in the list of you tube instructional things from the home office.
For uprights I use the Renner hammer removal tool.

These scissors are, are, are....... well, all you have to do is point them at whatever you want to cut and it automatically makes the finest, most perfect cut you could imagine. I have no idea what they cost. Glad I didn't ask the price.
