I assuming I am not the only one getting spam email on your business email account so how do you try and control it ?

I am getting spam from just every country out there, even some I had to look up, and most are in a foreign language.

For example, just today, I got an email from France advertising deals for PS3's.

You do you all - try - to control it ?
